I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in Orthopedics Management and over 20 years of experience as an RN treating chronic health conditions utilizing evidence-based practices to help my patients feel their best and improve their health conditions.

I am very passionate about seeing my patients experience pain relief and feel their best overall. I have extensive experience in several orthopedic acute and chronic conditions, obesity, pre-diabetes, and diabetes, to mention a few.

I realize every day and over the years that providing the tools required to succeed, including educating, guiding, and assisting clients with their health challenges, empowers them to attain their health goals and feel their overall best.
